An overview of Directors’ Duties

This webinar provides an understanding of directors’ statutory duties under the Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006). The webinar will emphasise two key duties: the duty to promote the success of the company (s 172) and the duty to avoid conflicts of interest (s 175), using recent landmark cases to illustrate how these duties are applied in practice.
