Michael Culver

Michael Culver is a solicitor and the managing director of Culver Law, based in London and Cambridge, and the legal training business Legal Zone Ltd.

With over 18 years’ experience in private client law, Michael specialises in wills, estate administration, tax planning for HNW and UHNW individuals, trust administration and is also a Court of Protection panel deputy for property and affairs.

He is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a full member of STEP, a dementia friends champion with the Alzheimer’s Society and a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists.

He is the chairman of Solicitors for the Elderly, an organisation specialising in providing legal services to the vulnerable, with other 1,500 members across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In 2021, Michael won the Industry Champion award at the British Wills and Probate Awards.
