Here come the accountants – ICAEW launches ABS regulator bid

Pioneer calls on will-writers to become ABSs and level playing field with solicitors

LSB to investigate regulating all "general legal advice"

Consumer panel targets "sub-standard" legal advice

Licensed conveyancers refused right to conduct litigation and advocacy – for now
