Ministry of Justice: no backtracking on April 2013 for RTA and small claims changes

Three-quarters of people have received CMC ‘pest texts’, says research

SRA: referral fee ban could drive many firms out of business – and may not even stop dodgy claims

Claimant groups ramp up rhetoric in battle over personal injury fees

ABS-in-waiting unveils £120m contract with top insurance intermediary
