Exclusive: swathe of personal injury firms reports reduced income since LASPO
Friday, 5 July 2013Almost a third of personal injury law firms in the north-west have seen fee income drop due to the introduction of LASPO reforms on 1 April, new research has found. More than 70% said that the regulatory and structural changes have had a negative impact on their businesses.

PI lawyers unite against “unacceptable” SRA position on inducements to clients

Law Society takes on insurers with “mugging” advertising campaign

PI firm reprimanded for “irresponsible” radio spot as Law Society prepares £300k ad campaign
