“Too intimidating and too expensive” – new LSB chair’s verdict on the legal market

Indemnity cover cut ignores ‘increasing’ number of larger claims

‘Accountants have £500,000 indemnity limit, so why can’t we?’ SRA asks LSB

Lord Chief Justice calls for single regulator
