Future of cab-rank rule still in question despite approval of new code of conduct for barristers

Bar Council faces probe over “undermining” independent regulation of barristers

Fresh cab-rank rule row as LSB approves public access reforms

Law Society warns solicitors to protect themselves against "biased" barristers' terms
