New business models for the Bar

As the first Legal Futures event dedicated to the Bar, this seminar highlighted major changes to the Code of Conduct, particularly focusing on the start of the BSB’s alternative business structure regime. With every barrister and chambers now being given more flexibility, we put together a panel dedicated to demonstrate their innovative responses to change, both from an individual and organisational perspective. Over the last two years, all of the major figures in the post-Legal Services Act world have appeared at Legal Futures’ ground-breaking conferences on change and innovation in the legal sector. We continue to remain committed to giving the latest thinking and newest players a platform and this was no exception.
