The Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence, run by Land Data, are now open!
Land Data has opened its 2022 Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence and is asking conveyancers to nominate and provide feedback on the local authority Local Land Charges team that has delivered a consistently high level of customer service throughout the past year. Every year conveyancers take the time to nominate a local authority who has shown quality, reliability, and efficiency in their service levels.
Industry analysts refer to 2021 as the busiest year for the housing market since 2007 and the latest figures from the National Land Information Service (NLIS) confirm that, despite the high volume of searches, the challenges of working remotely and in a pandemic, 75% of local authorities still managed to return searches to customers well within the Government target of 10 days.
Sponsoring this Award category for the fourth year running, Andrew Simpson, Senior Development Manager for the Coal Authority said: “At the Coal Authority we understand the importance of excellent customer service and how to make every customer interaction really matter. Actively listening to and engaging with customers to make them feel valued is an integral aspect of our business, and we are delighted to support these Awards which recognise excellence in the authoritative data market.”
