WillSuite are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with the forward thinking service provider – Keylu. Keylu, known to many in the industry as Once I’ve Gone, offer accounts which allow clients to organise and store their important personal, legal and financial documents along with personal items such as photos and videos in a safe and secure online platform. Keylu gives individuals the ability to appoint trusted contacts such as their estate planning professionals, so that these trusted people can be given access to the account information at the time when they need it most.
The integration enables WillSuite users to create Keylu accounts for their clients at the click of a button, enabling the upload of documents, such as their Will, LPA or expression of wishes, ensuring a digital copy is stored securely for the client. Additionally, WillSuite members benefit from access to these accounts for only £25 per annum. If a client was to purchase an account independently then it would be £49 per annum.
The integration brings together two incredibly progressive companies who share a client focussed ethos, and means that estate planning and private client professionals are able to expand their storage proposition thus adding value to their client bank.
Talking about the partnership, WillSuite’s Head of Growth – Tom Stansfield said the following;
“We’ve been incredibly excited about the prospect of integrating with Keylu. It was clear to us from the outset that their approach is one of putting the client (the end user) first and providing them with the ability to leave a tangible legacy to their loved ones. When working with the team, we saw how much work had gone into their solution and it was a no-brainer for us to adopt the solution for use by our clients.”
The integration is one of several carefully thought out inclusions within WillSuite’s software solution and is available to all clients who want to begin offering this to their clients. WillSuite, in partnership with Keylu will be offering guidance to users in how to activate the accounts for clients in one of WillSuite’s informative Monday morning sessions. The next session is being hosted on the 14th March at 10am and attendees will be able to see how the integration works and to hear from both prominent figures at both Keylu and WillSuite. You can book onto the session by clicking here.
When talking about the partnership Keylu’s CEO – Ian Dibb commented;
“I’m really pleased to announce our partnership with WillSuite. Seb and the team have created an industry leading platform and we look forward to working together, as we continue to develop solutions to benefit WillSuite clients.”
Mark Edmondson (Keylu’s Head of Commercial Partnerships) has been instrumental in getting this partnership over the line and had this to say about the partnership:
“Our partnership with WillSuite represents two significant things for Keylu. Firstly, the opportunity to work with a highly professional company. We felt the company culture and ethos at WillSuite was closely aligned with Keylu’s. We quickly established a strong working relationship and felt if we could apply that to the partnership, we would be creating a win, win situation for both companies.
Secondly, the partnership allows us to continue the great work we have done to date, by supporting WillSuite’s client base. Allowing them to create a stronger client relationship that adds real value to their customers financial, legal and personal legacy and in turn allows their customers to plan for themselves and their loved ones.”
This marks another step forward for leading software provider WillSuite with lots of new and exciting features coming.
