Converge TS, the cloud provider to the legal sector has been selected by Wilkinson Woodward to provide a fully-managed private infrastructure solution in preparation for the firm’s transition to a new Practice Management Software. The aim is to provide a more resilient and efficient IT environment in order to enhance productivity.
Wilkinson Woodward has been serving the local community in West Yorkshire for over 130 years and has made a number of acquisitions over the past few years. As the firm looks to grow further, they went to the market to find an IT partner with a proven understanding of key legal application requirements and who provide a proactive approach to support in order to deliver upcoming projects and ongoing day-to-day assistance to it users.
“We recognised the opportunity to introduce improvements in performance and also the requirement for a more robust disaster recovery plan. It was essential to us that the company we selected had a deep understanding of the technical and compliance requirements of law firms, in order to provide dependable support and valuable strategic guidance” said Maureen Cawthorn, Managing Director for Wilkinson Woodward.
“We chose Converge TS for this reason, and in particular due to their extensive knowledge of performance optimisation of the legal software we use, such as Advanced Legal. I’m confident we’ve found the right partner in Converge TS and look forward to working with them going forward.”
