Tikit, a global provider of technology solutions to legal firms, today announced a record attendance at their 2019 P4W Regional User Group meetings.
The P4W User Group is an independent organisation, started in 1999, made up of legal professionals interested in using P4W to its full potential. The group enhances communication between Tikit and their clients, as well as providing the opportunity for collaboration between member firms. The group meets at regional events in the spring and annually at a 2 day national event held in November.
The Regional User Groups were held this month in London and Manchester with more than 200 clients attending across both events – a record attendance! The day comprised of several user-led sessions covering practical advice from firms who make great use of P4W to assist in key areas such as paper-lite billing, enhanced client communication, and compliance.
Lee Davis, from new member firm, Prince Evans, says “I thought the whole day was really well planned out and the content very interesting. There was a lot of diverse stuff covered and some great ideas shared, which gave us good food for thought as we develop the product ahead of our upcoming go-live.”
Another attendee, Peter Carr, from Fisher Jones Greenwood, says that the User Groups are a “Really good forum for discussing the problems that all SME law firms experience and for finding out how firms are successfully implementing parts of the P4W product”.
The P4W User Group exemplifies how a well-run user community can really add value to its members and to the supplier organisation. Simon Hill, Tikit’s CEO, comments; “We really value our very strong relationship with the independent User Group and its significant contribution towards ensuring that P4W maintains its status as a market leading practice and case management systems.”
This year also marked the end of Jane Pritchard’s term as Chair as she steps down to take up a senior position at one of our partner companies. The User Group has seen significant development during Jane’s term as Chair, culminating in the record attendances at the National User Group last year and the Regional Groups this year. Tikit would like to thank her for everything she has done for the group and wishes her every success in her new role.
