Leading full-service iManage Partner Tiger Eye (part of the CTS Group) has announced record growth during Q2 2023, with over 76,000 new end users globally brought into the Tiger Eye customer community from April to June of this year. This announcement follows Tiger Eye’s recent customer survey, which recorded that the iManage Partner’s client satisfaction scores are over 40% higher than the industry average. To support the company’s growth and ensure that client service remains the vendor’s top priority, Tiger Eye’s team has grown by over 10% during the last twelve months.

Tiger Eye have managed a record number of cloud projects in 2023, migrating over 200 million documents to the iManage Cloud, with notable projects including those managed for Womble Bond Dickinson and Mills & Reeve, who both announced their selection of Tiger Eye last year.

Tiger Eye’s growth momentum has also been driven by the popularity of Tiger Eye’s range of Tiger Eye Tools for iManage. During Q2, Tiger Eye Tools were adopted by a range of firms including one of the US Big Four financial services organisations, with organisations globally realising the time-saving benefits of Tiger Eye’s suite of value-adding solutions.

A core driver in Tiger Eye’s growth is the unmatched demand for Tiger Eye Workspace Automate, Tiger Eye’s comprehensive iManage to PMS integration which was launched alongside two other new Tiger Eye Tools in April. Many firms have made the switch to Workspace Automate in light of iManage’s ending of support for COM-based integrations (as well as FileSite and DeskSite), with the solution using iManage’s futureproofed Universal API. Since the launch, Workspace Automate has been adopted by firms around the world, with a record-breaking number of Tiger Eye Tool launches scheduled for Q3 2023.

Tiger Eye’s DocuSign and iManage integration has also continued to grow in popularity, with the integration now Tiger Eye’s most popular tool from the Tiger Eye Tools range. Recent adopters include RWK Goodman, who announced the firm’s selection in August.

Dave Wilson, Managing Director of Tiger Eye, commented: “We have a strong, well-established presence in the UK legal technology market, with a reputation for delivering exceptional client services. Throughout 2023, we have seen this reputation reach further afield and the impact of this has mounted, with an increased demand from American and Canadian firms for iManage services and value-adding solutions.”

Commenting on the drivers of Tiger Eye’s continued growth, CTS’ CEO, Nigel Wright, added: “Tiger Eye’s unique ability to provide comprehensive iManage solutions and services in-house has drawn in firms from around the world and from a range of verticals, who want a true partner for their every DMS need. Yet, the team’s market-leading customer service and dedication to client success is the true key behind Tiger Eye’s success. Tiger Eye’s growth is helping drive business to the wider CTS group and fuel our new product development as we become the digital transformation partner of choice for law firms.”
