Tiger Eye, a leading full-service iManage Partner renowned for technical expertise, has announced that the company has achieved 48 percent year-on-year growth in revenue in 2023 compared to 2022.
Much of this organic growth is attributed to the expansion of Tiger Eye’s support customer base, with a number of firms selecting Tiger Eye for iManage support services in 2023. Expanding the organisation’s UK market share, over 20% of the UK Top 200 firms now rely on Tiger Eye for iManage services such as technical support.
Moreover, Tiger Eye’s range of tools, add-ons and integrations for iManage has experienced a surge in popularity. In 2023, Tiger Eye Tools were adopted by law firms including RWK Goodman, as well as corporate legal departments and one of the ‘Big Four’ US banks. Tiger Eye’s Knowledge Management System (KMS), Tiger Eye Blueprint, was relaunched with enhanced features in 2023, with new firms scheduled to roll-out the system in Q2.
While the EMEA region (particularly the UK) remains Tiger Eye’s core market, the organisation’s presence in the US and Canada has also grown in recent years, exemplified by the recent onboarding of Pryor Cashman last year.
To support the company’s growth and maintain the organisation’s remarkable customer satisfaction levels, Tiger Eye is committed to strategic talent acquisition in 2024, focusing on expanding the professional services and support delivery teams. Looking ahead, Tiger Eye aims to release an update for Workspace Automate in Q3, delivering new functionality including workspace deletions, refiling support and enhanced activity reports.
Commenting on this success, Dave Wilson, Managing Director of Tiger Eye, said: “The impact of iManage’s End of Life notice for DeskSite, FileSite and other modules is still being felt in the market. Whilst these modules are currently in an extended Support Mode, this system change has encouraged firms to review not only their iManage system, but also the services that enable them to make the most of the DMS. With this, we’re seeing an increased demand for our services as we can deliver support, training, managed upgrades, migrations, consultancy, and add-on tools all via one in-house, UK-based team. This integrated approach has fuelled the expansion of Tiger Eye’s customer base, setting the stage for sustained growth in the future.”
