Their all new Compliance Officer for Legal Practice Master class looks at the requirements in the new SRA Code of Conduct for firms and focuses on how firms can demonstrate compliance.
The Money Laundering Reporting Officer master class examines in detail the offences in the Proceeds of Crime Act, the requirements in the Regulations including the anticipated new Money Laundering Regulations 2020.
The Master classes will be presented by the Teal Team led by Amy Bell, who has 14 years experience in Compliance and works with the government on the Law Society’s Money Laundering Taskforce.
