Martin MacDuff, Managing Director of Redbrick Solutions comments “As leading innovators it is crucial that our case management solutions continue to evolve, for the benefit of our clients, whom we continue to assist in working in the most efficient way possible. This is evidenced by our recent report that despite a market wide drop in transactions of 11%, our clients have seen, on average, an increase of over 7% year on year. Our ethos is simple – we provide easy to use, modern and affordable legal case management solutions to successful law firms.”
Proactive law firms throughout the UK have chosen Redbrick Practice Management, either across the whole of the firm or in one specific department. Wherever it is used the benefits are reassuringly the same – matters are handled more efficiently throughout, from sending quotes to file opening, documents, legal forms, intelligent workflows and timely billing with accurate, business critical reporting.
Edward Sharpe, Partner at Sills and Betteridge comments “We have a wealth of expert knowledge within the firm and so it made sense to partner with the conveyancing case management experts. Choosing Redbrick Practice Management has helped us ensure all files are being dealt with in a consistently efficient manner, it helps us deliver a high level of service to our clients and is great for managing risk. The easy to use customisation tools have been a revelation for us. What used to take two months, we’re now able to do ourselves in two hours. Redbrick are a great team to work with too, they are always on hand to help with any queries. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.”
Redbrick Solutions achieved a record year for new business in 2018, complemented by winning the ‘Most innovative Legal Case Management 2019’ Award and being shortlisted for an ESTAS Customer Service Award. An invitation to join the Conveyancing Association at the beginning of the year cemented Redbrick’s position as the leading conveyancing case management provider. The company recruited six new members of staff last year to cope with demand and 2019 looks set to continue in this successful vein, with over a dozen mid-tier firms currently going through implementation.
Martin concludes “Working closely with our clients is crucial to us, we hold regular client workshops to gain feedback on new innovations and to enable our clients to influence our future development plans. Version 21 is already in testing and we have started work on version 22 which will be released later this year. We have some very exciting plans for the year ahead.”
