Quill has strengthened its ties with The Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) by establishing a close partnership that will see all of Quill’s cashiers, support team and trainers credited with ILFM membership, and trainee cashiers undertaking ILFM professional qualifications.
Tim Kidd, Chief Executive of the ILFM, comments: “We’re really pleased about our relationship with Quill. As the leading education authority and membership body for legal finance, administration and practice management professionals, we obviously see our organisation is perfectly aligned with Quill who supplies legal cashiering services to law firms.
“Quill has shown its commitment to its workforce, and is keen to share and promote the ILFM’s dedication to driving innovation, education and the promotion of excellence throughout the legal sector for financial and management staff. It’s great to see Quill investing in its legal professionals, helping them increase their qualifications. This shows me it’s a forward-thinking company. We’re in it together for the long term.”
Tom Wormald, Quill’s Client Services Director, states: “Our clear synergies with the ILFM make this the ideal union. We’re committed to staff training and development, and our coupling with the ILFM expands and enhances our capabilities for advancing our employees at every stage of their career, as a trainee upwards. Paid-for-by-Quill membership and diploma studies are saving our employees substantial sums of money. It’s just one of the many advantages of working at Quill. We’re delighted to have the foundations in place for a longstanding relationship between Quill and the ILFM.”
