The UK’s leading outsourced service and legal software provider, Quill, today unveils its new name and visual identity following a management buyout (MBO) in June.
With forty years of heritage, Quill continues to stand proudly independent and remains fully accountable to its clients and employees in recognition that, as the largest supplier of outsourced cashiering services, it’s very much an extension of many law firms’ back office staff.
Quill is now led by a senior leadership team comprising existing directors, Julian Bryan (Managing Director) and Richard Salt (IT Director), and recently appointed Tom Wormald (Client Services Director).
Julian Bryan comments: “I’m delighted that the MBO has been achieved. Remaining independently owned was of utmost importance in order to deliver ongoing support to our brilliant 90-strong knowledgeable staff, and provide assurance to our valued clients that we’re stable and secure. The MBO gives employees and customers alike the confidence to invest in Quill as an employer or partner to grow both careers and businesses.
“The MBO is an opportune time to launch our subtle name change and new-look logo incorporating a tagline with accurately represents where we are today and our vision for the future. Our transformation is the result of an exhaustive rebranding project whereby we explored and defined our core values and organisational strategy. It shows the industry exactly what we stand for.
“Our board of directors looks forward to working with all stakeholders – internal and external – for many, many years to come.”
