Independent legal software provider Osprey Approach is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Orme, a seasoned tech professional and leader with extensive experience in the legal sector, as its new chief executive officer.
Nick joins from Xerox where he led their IT Services business across EMEA, with a significant presence in the legal sector. He will use his industry and sector experience to help Osprey achieve its ambitious growth plans, whilst ensuring that existing clients enjoy elevated levels of training and support.
Osprey has also promoted several long-standing employees to form part of the new senior management team – Chelsea Goldsby (operations director), Amy Bruce (head of marketing), and Alex Hiscutt (head of implementation) – and recruited Peter Vousden as head of data services, bringing over a decade of experience across data engineer, technical consultant, and solution architect roles.
Nick Orme said: – “It’s an exciting time for me to join Osprey as the business looks to invest, grow and innovate to offer the best possible experience for its valued clients. That investment is underway by appointing a new user experience and user interface development partner, expanding our Microsoft Azure hosting platform and launching Osprey’s new integrated user training academy platform.
“SME law firms are looking for innovative technologies to help them achieve greater efficiencies, reduce costs and improve compliance, whilst delivering an excellent client service. Osprey is committed to delivering a market-leading, client-focused product that exceeds our clients’ expectations; I’m delighted to welcome Peter and to have the support of Chelsea, Amy and Alex, who have already proved themselves to be talented and dedicated individuals who share Osprey’s commitment to delivering the best possible service to our clients. Their promotions are very well deserved.”
