Independent legal software provider Osprey Approach is delighted to announce the appointment of Kieran Richards as technical services director, who brings a wealth of industry experience to the newly created role.
With an extensive IT career spanning over a decade, Kieran’s experience includes working with a broad range of law firms – from SME practices through to multi-national and global firms – on their digital transformation and adoption of cloud-first strategies.
Kieran has vast experience in driving large-scale, firm-wide technology transformations. He assists firms in achieving their technology goals through digital transformation and modernisation, from inception through to implementation and continuous improvement. His specific expertise lies in cloud strategy including leveraging Microsoft’s Azure technology suite, IT security and infrastructure strategy and endpoint innovation.
Kieran Richards said: – “I’m really excited to join Osprey Approach. One of my core objectives is to evaluate our Software as a Service delivery platform with an emphasis on security, performance, and reliability. As well as look ahead to embrace modern cloud technologies to provide further value to our customers.
“It’s important for us to build on an agile and protected environment to ensure we can continue to deliver a reliable and innovative solution to law firms. As such, I am working closely with Osprey’s development team to ensure they have the tools required to deliver our development strategy efficiently through the use of cutting-edge Microsoft technology and AI.
“I am also building a portfolio of technical solutions and services in support of our customers’ digital transformation and cloud-first strategies.
