O’Connors has advised Express Solicitors on the acquisition of Manchester law firms Amelans Solicitors and Jefferies Solicitors, increasing the firm’s total staff to around 650. No financial details were disclosed.
Express Solicitors is moving to new premises capable of housing 1,000 staff and says it is now on the lookout for more potential acquisitions in what is an increasingly consolidated personal injury market.
