Peppermint Technology, the leading legal cloud innovator, today announced the NCDV National Legal Service signed a 5-year contract to adopt the Peppermint CX Cloud Platform.
The NCDV specialises in helping victims of domestic violence obtain injunctions against their partners. Currently the NCDV provides all of its services through it’s panel solicitors but the change to an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) will allow it to directly help victims with legal support and advice enabling them to help more vulnerable people
In this line of work the organisation needs to be available 24/7 and able to respond to clients fast. Peppermint CX Cloud is a pivotal part of the strategy around which the new venture is being formed. Walter Cha, advisor to the organisation (and former Managing Partner of Blake Morgan who also use Peppermint CX), commented “having watched Peppermint CX develop in recent years I knew this was the right platform to build this organisation on. Not only does it allow us to put the client at the centre of everything but the modern tools in Peppermint CX allow us to streamline the processes in a highly efficient way meaning we can reach more vulnerable people quickly. Our technology solution can therefore have a direct impact on the victim’s life and that’s why we have selected Peppermint. Having worked with the team previously, I was confident the technology, and the people at Peppermint, were best placed to support our ambitious aims.”
Arlene Adams, Founder and CEO of Peppermint, commented “It’s great to be working with the team at NCDV and very satisfying to know our software platform will help improve the lives of vulnerable people. It’s also very nice to be working with a team who we have previously worked with as this reinforces the value they see in Peppermint CX Cloud.
Colin Morris & Associates has been selected by the NCDV to support the implementation of Peppermint at National Legal Services.
