Ben Hooper – Finance Director
As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Ben brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Finance Director at Litica, with a primary focus on the insurance industry. Ben oversees all aspects of internal finance, accounting, and tax compliance. He is dedicated to ensuring the services provided consistently meet the highest standards of Litica’s quality and efficiency, a commitment that forms the cornerstone of his professional ethos.

With two decades of experience in the insurance sector Sam has an extensive background in underwriting and operations. His career has spanned primary insurance, broking, and reinsurance, encompassing a range of companies from the world’s largest insurers to smaller businesses. This varied experience has given Sam a unique perspective, having served as both a service provider and a customer, enhancing his ability in managing complex business relationships.
