Legal Eye, a subsidiary of ULS Technology is delighted to announce the external appointment of Paul Saunders as managing director together with two internal promotions.
Priya Anand Patel has been promoted to director of Assurance and Risk and Loschinee Naidoo to director of Risk and Compliance.
Legal Eye provides risk management and compliance consultancy services to the legal, financial and property sectors to ensure their clients comply with the regulatory framework in which they operate. Since the acquisition by ULS in February 2015 Legal Eye has announced record turnover.
Paul is a qualified legal professional who has a strong reputation across the industry and a clear track record of delivering business growth. He has a wealth of industry experience and will help develop Legal Eye’s presence with a view to further strengthening quality and risk management as a central element of ULS’s eConveyancing value proposition.
Paul will leave his current role as partner at law firm, Shakespeare Martineau LLP, where he is currently a member of the Real Estate Property Group Board with primary responsibility for residential conveyancing and remortgage work. Paul will join the Legal Eye team on or before the 7th of November 2016.
