As law firms prioritise enhancing client experience and delivering a first class service in 2025, the pioneering Access Legal client communications app – powered by inCase has marked the start to the year with a new record set for client sessions in January.

The intuitive mobile communication app, built by lawyers, for lawyers, paves the way for clear communications between legal professionals and their clients through a mobile device, empowering clients to view the full progress of their cases digitally.

January saw clients visit the app more than 740,000 times – its second highest ever and up 27% on the previous month. By opening their law firm branded inCase app, clients have a clear step-by-step way to view and track progress of every case and one place to communicate with their solicitor.

As law firms continue to invest in client-facing technology, such as inCase, to improve client experience for legal services including in conveyancing, personal injury and family law, the app also saw an increase in new users in January. There were 18,840 users who logged into the app for the first time – a 38% rise on December 2024.

Tom Parkinson, Head of Property at Rowlinsons Solicitors, reflects on the success using inCase has given them: “Our aim has always been to provide the best possible experience for our clients, and the partnership with inCase has been a game-changer in terms of how we deliver our conveyancing services.

“The app has allowed us to provide a seamless and efficient process, from the initial instruction right through to completion, improving both communication and overall client satisfaction. We’re proud to be leading the way in offering a modern approach to conveyancing while ensuring our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.”

Sucheet Amin, CEO and founder of inCase, and senior partner at Aequitas Legal in Manchester, believes the strong figures demonstrate the desire from clients for one space to track their case, adding: There is a rising demand from clients for a digital experience and a mobile app is the perfect solution to offer them convenience and immediate access to their case documents and messages. inCase is transforming how legal professionals are building relationships with their clients through trust and reliance, and firms investing in this kind of technology will likely see higher client satisfaction, more positive feedback, and increased chances of repeat business.”

inCase is currently used by more than 3,300 legal professionals and has supported over 625,000 law firm clients in the last four years. A leading provider of software and services to the legal market, Access Legal acquired inCase in May 2024 and has now integrated it with its case management systems, including Access Legal Proclaim.
