Landmark Information Group is delighted to be working in partnership with the team at Modern Law Magazine on a special Conveyancing Roadshow. A series of regional roundtables are being held over the coming weeks with the aim of identifying the current issues affecting conveyancers and to understand the parallels and the differences between the challenges and opportunities present in the sector.
Roundtables are being held in Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Windsor and Peterborough and the representatives from the wider Landmark Information Group look forward to hearing from property specialists and to hearing the regional variances.
The outcomes will then be published in a special edition of Modern Law Magazine in early 2018.
Rob Phillipson, Sales & Product Director at Landmark Information said: “This year has been a year of transformation in the legal sector, with more and more services becoming electronic to suit client preferences and overall demand. This delivers greater efficiencies and transparency for all involved.
We are delighted to be working in partnership with Modern Law Magazine to host the regional Conveyancing Roadshow series to fully understand current challenges in the conveyancing market, the biggest external influences on the regional conveyancing market, and to more broadly look at what has changed in recent years and what we can expect conveyancing to look like in the future.
With at least 10 property and conveyancing specialists around the table at each session, it promises to provide a great insight. We look forward to hosting each meeting and to reporting out the outcomes with Modern Law magazine in the New Year.”
Representatives from Landmark Information, SearchFlow, Ochresoft and Millar & Bryce will be chairing the roundtable, along with Brendan Gurrie, editor of Modern Law Magazine.
