Lawyer Checker, the provider of market-leading risk management solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of new Commercial Director, Gerry McFall.
Having built experience in driving the growth of a number of businesses throughout his career, Gerry has gained an understanding of the conflicting aims that any business can often struggle with. This includes balancing regulatory measures alongside achieving promotional targets.
In addition to his role within Lawyer Checker, Gerry will also be evaluating the overall objectives of external clients to ensure quality of service and play a key part in helping to drive client growth.
Gerry’s business experience begun in commercial property management when he worked for a nationally recognised commercial property consultancy in London’s West End. Since then, his career has gone from strength to strength, seeing him specialise in developing private and third sector businesses at Senior Management level.
Serving as a Non-Executive Director of a Housing ALMO gave him the opportunity to sit on a variety of subcommittees, as well as building his market knowledge. This played a key part in him becoming Chairman of their Property Development subsidiary.
His extensive knowledge of residential agency and affordable housing sectors also saw him play an instrumental role in the growth and management of the conveyancing panel agreement with Easier2move – now known as My Home Move.
