iManage, the company dedicated to transforming how professionals work, today announced that tech entrepreneur and business leader, Nick Thomson, has joined iManage as general manager to lead the iManage RAVN AI business. Based in London, Thomson will drive growth of iManage RAVN by bringing to market new and enhanced practical AI solutions that empower professionals to increase efficiency, improve productivity and mitigate risk.
iManage RAVN is a cutting-edge AI engine that enables organizations to find, organize, understand and extract key knowledge and information from documents, emails and other unstructured content. iManage RAVN is broadly used within legal, government, financial and professional services to automate tasks such as due diligence, contract management, power enterprise search and knowledge management and enhance governance by identifying documents that require restricted access or contain sensitive information.

Most recently Thomson held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Workshare, an iManage partner, where he was responsible for marketing, sales and customer service to support business growth in new markets. In his early career he built and sold his first company, TRG Advantage, to Ceridian in 2007. Thomson is recognized for the tenacity and energy he brings to his roles.
