Huddersfield-based First4Lawyers, the UK’s largest independent legal marketing collective, was named Claims Management Company of the Year at the prestigious Personal Injury Awards in Manchester on Wednesday (27 November) for the fifth time in a row.
The awards, which are now in their twelfth year, provide businesses operating within the personal injury sector the opportunity be recognised for their high standards of practice and outstanding achievements. First4Lawyers has previously won the award in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
There was stiff competition as always, with Winn Solicitors and Auto Claims Assist in the running, however First4Lawyers retained the title with judges praising the team’s dedication to go above and beyond to assist its clients and were particularly impressed by their mystery shopping white paper to help improve the customer experience journey, the positive independent client testimonials received and strong market share.
