OCC is in the process of upgrading its SLM (Small Language Model, really it’s is still quite big) AI software platform.

We use the transformer based architecture. We have optimized our model and are constantly training our LLM on the data inputs around multiple claim type products within the UK and now the USA claims market.

We are constantly hyperparameter tuning the system on learning rates and batch size, seeking out the best configurations for claim detection parameters.

We have upgraded our text generation to all platforms and will role this out to our Solicitor clients/agents in the coming months, using initial seed sentences to accurately predict the next context wording using greedy decoding and beam search algorithms.

In early 2025 we intend scaling up our AI model, with fine tuning in the ongoing real world performance and application for determining successful claims.

In the coming weeks our AI Platform agents will see a noticeable performance boost, both in accuracy and in presentation of data set reports within your “white label” AI platforms, for all products (We now cover 45 products).

  • Instead of static AI generated text questions, the AI will interact with your client, asking specific questions based on the previous answer.
  • These questions will be text to type generated not static type, will pull from our immense and comprehensive carousel Dbase of compliance product & provider claim data and history.
  • The claim reports generated are now far more accurate and the rate of success for remediation will exceed the minimum legal requirements per case.

Your client receives your email link and clicks onto your AI generated iFrame.

The page opens and the client automatically communicates with the interactive AI prompts for their PCP product.

The AI software identifies your clients car loan provider (Barclay – MotoNovo – Blue Motor Finance etc).

Instantly accrues all court claim history, compliance breaches & FCA regulatory requirements for the appropriate provider.

As each question is asked & answered by your client the AI software adjust & creates the appropriate next question, based on the previous answers, generating an evidenced claim

In some instances AI questioning around affordability can show that the product was unsuitable for the client & mis-sold.

The completed reports and documents then auto generated and populate within your platform desktop for processing by your staff, directly to the providers, same day, in bulk if required

Within days of an email campaign broadcast, you can be accruing, reviewing and processing hundreds of consumer claims per day, quickly registering these with the bank, insurance company or other provider.
