New partnership will support current shifts in the market away from basic eSignatures towards a more compliant and verifiable solution.

Getronics, the global IT services integrator, has announced a new partnership with VirtualSignature, the cloud-based eSignature exchange, document management, and digital onboarding platform.

To suport customers in digitising their workflows end-to-end, the collaboration will reflect the current shift in the market from simplistic eSignatures towards more authenticated and encrypted eSignatures combined with enhanced fillable form capability and reliable identity verification.

Improving digital workflows, end-to-end

Today, businesses are faced with increased compliance and regulatory controls. These add extra steps and paperwork to their internal processes, such as onboarding, contracting, and approvals. VirtualSignature’s technology enables companies to digitise these processes to improve overall efficiencies significantly, enable better management control, and offer existing and potential customers a seamless journey, engaging and retaining them more effectively.

Through this partnership, Getronics embeds VirtualSignature’s technology into its wide portfolio of IT solutions to offer a host of services, from secure, compliant and affordable applications for improving digital workflows, to full-blown workplace solutions that integrate with customers’ IT environments, such as their own CRMs and document management systems.

Legal, accountancy, local government, real estate, and recruitment organisations are examples of customers who can benefit from this solution, adding the layer of automation, security, and compliance they require.
