It’s been six months since the most recent update, which included more colour and better page control for those using Casedo for both Document Analysis and E-Bundling. The new version of Casedo will include a more granular export option and additional workflow features.
Individual export of folders and documents
Casedo is a fully-featured document workspace for bringing together multiple documents into a single place for analysis. For this use, there is no need to export from the application. However, we found that users also wanted Casedo to export its bundles so we built out e-bundling features which make it one of the simplest and best value e-bundlers on the market. As a natural extension of this we are now adding the individual export of both folders and documents, adding not only to Casedo’s e-bunding feature-set, but putting in place a feature which makes Casedo an even better archiving tool at the end of any document analysis phase of work.
Additional workflow features
On top of the new export feature, we have put in place three new workflow features to make working with Casedo even better. In Casedo v1.9 we will be including not only better multiple select options and a long awaited undo feature, but also an import failure warning.
When importing emails with attachments directly into Casedo, to date it have been difficult to know which documents have not imported for a variety of reasons. The import failure feature creates a dialog which which identifies the files in question.
Casedo v1.9 will be available over the summer.
