Personal Injury law firm Jones Kinvig Lawyers has selected VirtualSignature as the company continues its investment in technology to provide clients with a responsive, efficient service when dealing with their RTA, accidents at work, trips and slips and housing disrepair claims.
Birkenhead-based Jones Kinvig Lawyers has more than 25 years’ experience serving the market for personal injury claims clients and has invested in Proclaim as its case management system.
VirtualSignature is working with Zeus Tech Solutions – the Proclaim integrations partner. Through this clever integration, they will provide SmartSign eSignatures to automate the onboarding process from within the Proclaim case management system.
Gareth Kinvig, Director at Jones Kinvig Lawyers, said: “The requirement was to deploy an eSignature solution that would be part of the workflow process, through integration into Proclaim. We were impressed by the SmartSign eSignature application itself and the collaborative approach shown by both VirtualSignature and Zeus Tech.”
David Kern, CEO of VirtualSignature, added: “We’re delighted to work with the Partners at Jones Kinvig Lawyers and welcome them to the growing number of clients using our digital onboarding services with Proclaim. They have a clear plan on how to improve their client onboarding process and saw the value that our solutions would bring to automate the issue and signing of documents from and back into Proclaim. We have worked with Zeus Tech on a number of occasions and are very much looking forward to collaborating on this project.”
Zeus Tech Solutions’ managing director Stephen Lucas commented: “Zeus Tech Solutions is fast becoming the go-to technology enabler for our partners looking to add value to their clients’ Proclaim software solution. This is another great example of our collaboration with VirtualSignature and one that delivers clear value through integration with their SmartOnboarding platform.”
Ged Jones, Director at Jones Kinvig Lawyers, concluded: “This is another step forward in our use of technology and we’re looking forward to building the relationship with Zeus Tech and VirtualSignature as we further extend our use of the applications available on the SmartOnboarding platform.”
