Minerva: Understanding the HMLR electronic signatures guidance.

Digital Signatures – HM Land Registry has recognised the growing importance of digital signatures and the team will join our Sales Director, Richard Mathias to discuss how the new practice guide will make the adoption and use of existing electronic signature options simpler.

The team will consider how the guide sets out when each type of existing electronic signature can be used in a property transaction from Mercury to Conveyancer Certified, also explaining how the process for transactions with a mix of wet and electronic might work.
